Our free-to-call Adviceline is open every working day, offering information on the full range of workplace safety and health topics. Adviceline can also put callers in touch with their local Healthy Working Lives Advisers, arrange for Award Programme registration, and for Workplace Visits.

Award Programme
The Healthy Working Lives Award Programme supports employers and employees to develop health promotion and safety themes in the workplace in a practical, logical way, that's beneficial to all.
It offers organisations a structured path to a healthier workplace with the benefits of a nationally recognised Award Programme, with support from our national network of Healthy Working Lives Advisers.

Occupational Health and Safety Workplace Visits
Workplace Visits are free and confidential, and are carried out by our team of specialist Healthy Working Lives Advisers.
Occupational Health and Safety Workplace Visits are available to small- to medium-sized enterprises in the private or voluntary sector, and can be used to gain advice on any issue related to workplace health or safety, including employment regulations and guidelines.

Health promotion advice
Our expert Health Promotion Advisers are also on hand to provide advice to all organisations, whether you are in the public, private or voluntary sector, and regardless of size, on matters such as drugs and alcohol policies, promoting mental health and well-being, introducing information and activities on health topics, smoking cessation, lifestyle checks, and more.
