Registration for delivery Champions for Health Risks at Work

The Health Risks at Work initiative aims to equip organisations in Scotland with the knowledge and tools to identify and manage risks in their workplace. Delivery Champions can support Participating Organisations by distributing Health Risks at Work packs, which include films and reference cards, as well as providing one-to-one support. This form registers you as a Delivery Champion and we can then send you packs by post for your Participating Organisations.
