Registration of participating organisations for the Health Risks at Work initiative

The Health Risks at Work initiative aims to equip organisations in Scotland with the knowledge and tools to identify and manage risks in their workplace. Delivery Champions can support Participating Organisations by distributing Health Risks at Work packs, which include films and reference cards, as well as providing one-to-one support. This form lets us know you are interested in becoming a Participating Organisation so that a Healthy Working Lives Advisor can contact you to get you started.
