The best thing about exercise is that it can be done anywhere. There are even stretching exercises that help relax muscles whilst sitting at your desk. Encourage your employees to do simple exercises as they would on a long flight, such as rotating their shoulders, bending their knees, circling their ankles – all these can aid relaxation.
