Why were the guides developed?

Mental health is important for business. In the 21st century the mental health and wellbeing of your employees is crucial to the success of your organisation.

The European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP) is driving forward the initiative to help promote mental health in workplaces.

This European campaign built on the work already being done in Scotland around the health of Scotland’s working age population by the Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives (SCHWL).
