Work Positive
Work Positive is a stress risk management resource, developed to support employers to identify and reduce the potential causes of stress in the workplace it is recognised by HSE as a suitable process to help work towards the HSE Management Standards for Work-Related Stress.
Work Positive is a step by step process and Healthy Working Lives can offer you support and guidance to work through the process.
- You can speak to your local Healthy Working Lives Adviser (contact the Healthy Working Lives Adviceline on 0800 019 2211 if you do not already have an adviser). Your adviser will set up the survey for you and provide a link to the survey that you can email to employees. The results are stored in a secure database. The adviser will then provide you with a file that contains all your data. The results are presented graphically to help you to prioritise the outcomes and provide comparisons with HSE data against which you can benchmark your 'current' progress towards the HSE standards.
- If you have your own SurveyMonkey account you can request a copy of the survey to be sent to your account. You can then use this questionnaire to administer your risk assessment. Once completed simply paste the 'results' link into the Online Survey Interface below and the results will be transferred into the Workplace Stress analysis tool. The results are presented graphically to help you to prioritise the outcomes and provide comparisons with HSE data against which you can benchmark your 'current' progress towards the HSE standards. A new fully online version of Work Positive will be launched in October 2011.
