From Sick Note to Fit Note

In April DWP launched a revised Statement of Fitness for Work, or fit note, in order to help you, where appropriate support your employees to return to work. We developed the fit note because evidence shows that a return to work is generally good for health and well-being and can actually help many people to recover.
