Learning Across Evaluations
The purpose of this paper is to initiate discussion on whether and how the recurring barriers to, and enablers of, effective delivery of health improvement identified through evaluations of national initiatives over recent years can be appropriately addressed. This paper provides the findings from a thematic analysis of a selection of evaluation reports in order to identify what issues are commonly identified as impacting on the effectiveness of health improvement delivery.
